RAD AIR was able to get our car in quickly for new brakes and rotors. We were able to drop it off the night before and it was ready the next afternoon. The Manager was helpful, understood what was needed, and they provided excellent service. We will use them again.

First time using Rad Air. Exceptional experience from the moment I walked through the door until I picked up my car from being repaired. I had a few leaks (oil and I believe cooling fluid). Within two hours of dropping it off I received a text estimate of repairs and a call explaining what they found . 24 hours later I had a new radiator installed in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and the engine power cleaned. I was preparing for a trip to Louisiana in 3 days and back. Thank you to Rad Air for a clean, complete and reasonably priced permanent solution. I highly recommend Dave George (the owner/manager) and the entire service team at Rad Air. If you want your car fixed right the first time at reasonable pricing and get you back to having reliable transportation, use Rad Air in Fairlawn!

Most pleasant and painless mechanic experience Ive had. Took my concerns seriously, got my car in quickly and set me up with a loaner so I could still get to work while they had it. Never tried to upsell or scare me into other repairs. From a woman that has had some sketchy experiences while trying other shops, this is the one to go to in Fairlawn.

Have needed several repairs to my vehicle & they are straight with me, explaining the repairs and cost up front. Costs are reasonable and fair, especially compared to dealerships in the area. RadAir is my go-to for my car & I am forever grateful to my coworker for recommending this service when I moved to the area!

I had a great first experience with Dave He was very knowledgeable and had a great professional demeanor He not only took care of my F150. I also returned a few few days later with my Jeep Cherokee. I am new to the Fairlawn area. I went to the dealership For repairs and they gave me the runaround and wanted to repair things that were not even wrong with my vehicle. The dealership never even look at the part that I told him they needed to be replaced I picked up my truck from the dealership and took it straight Over to RAD AIR. They will be my Automotive repair shop and oil change destination ongoing I’ll give them 5+ stars for professional professionalism 5+ stars for knowledge And 5+ stars for taking care of the repairs At a Reasonable time They were done with my vehicles by the next day after the parts were ordered Thank you, Dave and your team Sincerely, Mr Adams
